in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
Hi, hope you can help as I am returning to use the app. I looked at the Plan section, and I can opt any of them. Are they free in premium or have to pay again to use Plan.

    There are a handful of free Plans available which you can browse through by selecting the "Free" filter. You'll find however that most of the Plans are made available only to Premium subscribers.

    In addition to what Durden (MFP staff member) said: The other plans are included in the base fee for premium. Once you've paid for premium there isn't an added charge on top of that for the plans.
