Trying out Keto for the first time , definitely an outta shape dad at the minute but hoping to make my kids proud and scare off their perspective boyfriends. Any inspiration is greatly appreciated

    I am eating Keto and using this to log what I eat. I have lost 90ish pounds in the last year and corrected a host of health issues. Check out the Low Carb group. There are others doing Low Carb/Keto/Carnivore there.
