Hi all. I’m just trying to lose weight and keep healthy. I spin, do my workouts and track my food here. Seems to be working. On target to lose a kilo in just over a week. I feel great and as always happy and as positive as I can be. 😊 oh, and I’m also very sarcastic. 🤣
