Why did my calorie intake go up from 1530 to 1750 if i still need weight to lose

When i started almost a month ago my calorie intake per day was 1530 until today.. i realised while filling out my food somehow it went up to 1750. Is that normal? Should i somehow change it back? I don't understand. I lost close to 4lbs within this month does that have to do with anything

Did you change any settings? Weight loss rate, activity level? That's one of the reasons your calorie goal can change.

Another possibility: you've logged exercise in your diary - exercise increases your calorie goal because it increases your calorie needs.

Definitely: being more active requires more calorie intake.

Yes ~ system assumes you're burning more calories with the extra movement and therefore need more calories to hold weightloss at the rate you wanted when you answered the calculator questions :)
