Apple watch HELP

I just left Fitbit after being with them since their beginning. I am new to Apple Watch. I am familiar with MFP; was a user quite some time ago.
So I enter all my food and water intake on MyFitnessPal? Where do I log my weekly weigh ins? MyFitnessPal? Apple health? And I need a step app to count steps?

Hi, @sweetchick_06 welcome back to MFP.
Enter your food on MFP app on your phone.
If you have a Bluetooth scale, sync it with your phone and your weight will automatically update each time you weigh.
If you do not have a blue tooth, you’ll need to enter the new weight on the home page of the iOS app. You’ll see a graph towards the bottom with a squiggly line. Touch it and enter current weight.
To sync your watch to MFP you need to go to the Apple health app on your phone, touch your profile pic in the top right, and change privacy settings to allow MFP to access some or all of the data from your watch.
Post here if you need screen shots, but it’s pretty easy to do.
BTW, if you have a higher activity level, you may want to enable the Apple Watch Adjustment. But if not, I wouldn’t worry about til you really start racking up some calorie burns.0
