Can someone help me resolve the issue of not being able to enter my food?

Please help. when i go to enter my food, I am unable to do so. "Page not found" appears.

    We can't help much here in the user forums.

    I've been on this site since 2005. They do "repairs" and upgrades live. There are at times glitches like the one you describe and I've found that it will be resolved within minutes, hours, or sometimes over-night. It's not super frequent but it happens.

    Try logging out and back in. If you're on an app try a web browser and vice versa.

    You can also go to "Help" from any page and submit a Support ticket.

    Also, if you told us what you're clicking on just before you get the error message (possibly you're not starting from the right place) and whether you're using the website or an app, and if an app, whether it's for the iOS platform or Android, it's more likely that the users who see this here could be helpful.

    Sometimes it’s as simple as a bad internet connection.

    My entire gym is a non-connection area. All I get is “SOS” connection, if that.

    That’s probably thanks to the “if I can’t un-see that, neither can you” chick who was sending photos from a dressing room in a large gym, making fun of other, overweight gym members. May she “grow up” to suffer like the rest of us. If karma has anything to do with it. 👍🏻.

    And buy,, lemme tell you, if you want to start a fight, pull out your phone at our gym pool and inadvertently aim it at the aquafit ladies. They’ll come out swinging!

    Considering that a representative of the company responded in that thread you linked, I would not assume that the company doesn’t care about the issue.

    Weeks later and the bug is still open. I can't believe I paid for this product!

    I hate to state the usual, but try deleting the app and reinstalling. Irritating as hades, but works for me when I have problems.

    Oddly, I don’t have a single friend reporting this particular problem. Ours is glitchy friends feed.

    It happened to me for a couple days last week, and I don't use a mobile app, only a browser on W10.

    There was a big Windows OS update last week...and of course that throws things off in non-proprietary other software - so there's that...
