Hi guys! I’m new to the FPApp and man it seems overwhelming. For instance trying to figure out how to track my Starbucks. Here is my order
Venti Shaken Espresso
3 Splenda
2 pumps of SF vanilla
Almond milk
How would you exactly track that to get the right carbs fats calls?

Enter all the ingredients separately into the diary. Look up the calories and nutritional info -
Esp if its a daily calorie expenditure.2 -
Venti Shaken Espresso = 24 oz (some is ice, which will be zero calories)
The espresso itself is zero calories
3 Splenda = zero calories
2 pumps of SF vanilla = zero calories
Almond milk
The only thing with calories is the almond milk. The tricky part will be how much volume of the 24 ounce cup is taken up by the other ingredients. And for that you may need to guess.
My guesses:
4 shots of espresso = 4 ounces
Splenda = negligible space
Ice = ?
Starbucks website says there’s 160 calories of whole milk in their standard venti shaken espresso. So I think it’s safe to assume a little over a cup of milk.
Healthline here says a cup of almond milk is 40 calories.

I would say it’s safe to assume about 45 calories for the almond milk in a Starbucks Shaken espresso in the venti size.
Happy to be corrected if I missed something.
