    Avoid all those foods. Get hit by a bus in a cross walk.
    If you look at the internals of the so-called studies linking these to cancer, you will probably find it is not humanly possible to consume the extrapolated quantities used in lab rats to induce cancer.
    Remember when they said saccharine caused cancer? They gave the rats the equivalent of 350 cans of diet soda a day. You'd drown before getting cancer.
    So if it a food you like, ignore it. If it a food you don't like, you have another excuse not to eat it.

    Actually fried potatoes and burned meat are both true. Not sure about the others.

    Burned anything forms benzo-a-pyrene (BaP) a probable carcinogen. When incomplete burning occurs, many PAHs are formed including BaP. . Tasty PAHs, but still probably carcinogenic nonetheless. There is strong carcinogenic evidence in animals, but obviously, lacking data in humans, as many people would frown on us feeding humans carcinogens for scientific study. (Stoopid ethics)
