New here, here are my intentions for MFP.

I’ve always had a food obsession. With fasting, or restricting. Or even just shamefully being overweight, where every hidden snack haunted my mind and dismissed my body goals.
My plan is to try using this app for honest food accountability. My excess weight is from my solo or secretive binge eating. Hoping that being able to reflect on my binges, instead of shamefully dismissing them, I’ll be able to create a plan from the patterns I see.
Not here to say I will be doing anything impressive to start. I started my period today and just got back from an all expense paid resort vacation with my husbands job, that I ate and lounged around with my kids the entire time. I even drank some alcohol and had *kitten* loads of salt and even some cheese and fish. Wayyyy off my norm.
Hoping I start a fast soon, but if not…I plan to diary all of my consumption 🤩 feeling pretty excited.
