Hello from Toronto - Down 15 pounds in 5 Weeks

I want to thank everyone for the support over the years. During the pandemic I suffered a bad back injury. I gained back 60 pounds that I had lost in 7 months. After one year of chiropractor and pyhsio. I got the green light to work out again 5 weeks ago. I’m dialed in with nutrition and doing 1 hour of cardio a day. The fat is just falling off. Also doing weights lightly from home three times a week. I am looking to make friends on here to support each other and motivate. Thank you
