Reverse grip chin ups - 21
five months ago I could do 3 or 4
And yesterday I did 50 consecutive push ups.
When I started I could do 12 and my goal was 15.
Now my goal is 60.
Living, breathing proof that p90x changes lives
One month to go, then it's on to round 3!

Way to go Doug! Your pic shows the proof! I'm just finishing up round 3 and have never been in this good of shape in my life! P90X is absolutely no joke! Keep up the good work!!!!
