May Goal Weight:170.0
Ultimate Goal Weight: 160.0

This week I plan to stick to 16:8 fasting every day starting tonight and see where my numbers go. Nighttime snacking before bed is my challenge area as far as my eating habits.
I’m going to focus on stretching and maintaining a 10,000 step per day minimum. I’m fighting bursitis in my right hip.
