This week I plan to stick to 16:8 fasting every day starting tonight and see where my numbers go. Nighttime snacking before bed is my challenge area as far as my eating habits.

Iโ€™m going to focus on stretching and maintaining a 10,000 step per day minimum. Iโ€™m fighting bursitis in my right hip.
