Hello! Turning 69 in 2 months n gained 60 lbs since moving to NC 8 yrs ago. Have a bad back n messed up knee. Gotta loose this weight or soon i feel i wont be able to walk. Was 155 lbs when i moved n hope to make it at least close to that again!!
