I'm five weeks into Stronglifts 5x5, and yesterday I deadlifted my own bodyweight. I'm stoked. That's something I haven't been able to do since highschool (and I weighed a lot less then). Next up, squatting my own bodyweight.

I too recently Deadlifted my own weight, yesterday squated more than I weigh and was psyched! (started Aug 1) Tomorrow I'm jumping 10 lbs on bench and hopefully benching more than I weigh.0
