Reverse Food Log. We log the foods we eat, but what about the food we don't? Pat yourself on the back for your willpower and dedication. What foods did you want today but chose not to eat because they did not align with your current wellness plan/caloric allowance?

I love this!
I picked up lunch for my mom and grandmother today. I got a grilled chicken salad, but I did NOT get a cookie or frosted coffee! Progress2 -
My office had a staff lunch - with pie and wine today.. my assistant ordered a salad and some baked chicken/veggies for me with sparkling water. Was great. 👍🏻
Didn’t miss the pie and vino and I got all my greens in!1 -
A new pizza place opened up in town.
The menu looks amazing. Fig and bacon on a gluten free pizza?
I almost ordered it. Almost.
Anyway. Tonight’s baked chicken and red peppers was delicious.
