Why do I feel like my macros are too much for me?

Hello! I'm 44 five foot and two inches. My macros are set to 1400+ I'm in cutting phase. How should my macros be calculated?

You haven’t mentioned if you’re male or female. But your height is shorter than a typical adult, so you might be right.

Minor correction: macros refers to the type of food eaten, whether protein, carbohydrate or fat. You were talking about calories.
In addition to male/female and height, body weight is the single biggest factor in most calculators trying to determine how many calories to eat.1
