I’ve been trying to be healthier for the longest time; always believing that I eat super healthy because I'm cooking the meals… but tracking what I eat has open my eyes. Super excited and ready to change. ❤️✨

Even the healthiest meal in the world can have more calories than we need if we eat too much of it. Sometimes small changes can make a huge impact towards our meal plan goals, and they do not have to simply mean "never again." Throughout my weight loss I continued to grill burgers, made homemade pizza and pasta, had dessert every night. I just needed to learn about the calorie content of what I was eating and then exercised portion control, eating smaller amounts or sizes. Hopefully that can work for you, too!1
