Loving the time for my favorite activities and trying to make better food choices to lose weight.
Traveling alot and still trying to lose weight. Exercise everyday--but eating to keep up with that.

I started MFP after retirement, and resolved to make myself my new full time job. That mentality really helped, because I approached everything as “what will make this goal or activity the most successful and give me the best return for my effort”.0 -
