Two accounts linked to one email

Hi, I’ve had this problem for over a week and it’s resulting in me not being able to
access premium on my account. I’ve emailed and raised tickets around 4 or 5 times. I had one email back that I responses to at the start of the week but radio silence from support. Can anyone help please?
