Two accounts linked to one email

Hi, I’ve had this problem for over a week and it’s resulting in me not being able to
access premium on my account. I’ve emailed and raised tickets around 4 or 5 times. I had one email back that I responses to at the start of the week but radio silence from support. Can anyone help please?

    Hi @essgees it looks like you wrote in about this last month, and as of May 17th one of our Customer Happiness agents resolved this for you, and you haven't written back since, leading to your case being closed out.

    If you're still having issues, please let that agent know via that support ticket so they can continue to offer assistance.
