Seeking female friends who log daily

I am a 49 year old female and pre-menopausal. I always log what I eat, even if it's bad. I have an open diary for friends with 2000+ days of logging. I am 5'7" and currently at 154, down from 171.8 since July of 2023. My goal is to get to 140 by January when I turn 50.

It's been a slow journey. I have fibromyalgia, bad hips and a bad back. I was very physically active when I was younger (30s-early 40s) but now my body just won't cooperate with my will. Each time I try to do a little more than getting steps every day, my joints become painful or I have a fibromyalgia flare. However, I keep making small adjustments to my eating habits over time and the weight is slowly coming off.
