News Feed Not Loading

When I log in, the News Feed entries do not load. All I get our spinning wheels. This has been going on for days. And, yes, the dreaded strawberry (page not available) has been happening, too.
I know I'm not the only one having these issues. I've cleared my cache so many times that I can't remember. I have a very good computer and excellent internet service.
So, basically, this app is useless at this time. If others are having these problems, we all need to speak up.

    I submitted a support request. But it probably won't be until Monday before they look at it.
    You may want to do the same. It's under "Help" and "Troubleshooting". Then there's a submit request button, I believe in the upper right corner.

    Yes, fingers crossed. They sent an email back to me with a lot of questions. I just copy and pasted the questions into my reply and answered each one.
