Samsung Health Calorie Adjustments

Hi

Apologize if l'm posting this in the wrong place/if it's been asked before.

I'm curious as to why l have two Samsung calorie adjustments showing in my exercise section (worded in slightly different ways). I do have negative adjustments turned on. I'm trusting mfp not to give me double calories but l am slightly concerned it is.

    I use samsung watch/health and MFP too.
    What I do is to NOT have MFP record steps, but DO record workouts.
    I always wanted to avoid the double dipping problems of steps and workouts causing double calories burn records
