Does anyone have any good exercises for the hanging flab on the arms? Needs to be able to be done at home but I do have resistanc bands and 1 and 2 lb weights. Any suggestions would be highly APPRECIATED.

get a chair, lean on it with your hands and get some laundry softner in one hand and isoalate you arm, but move your forearm back(tricep workout) then stand up and raise your arms above your head and bend your forearm backwards with the softner(or anything elsethat weighs about that much) hope this makes sense, or that you can use the tips0

push ups...I know they are hard. Do them against the wall for starters, girlie type next and then balls out real push ups...really helps the arms, shoulders, boobs and tummy. Check out onehundredpushups.com. Plus no $$ out of pocket, you use your own body as resistence.
Good luck - I does kick your butt! fun thou0 -

I have the same problem. I never had good arms and the flab doesn't look good on guys so I'm working them out too! Here are some good ones to try. (I don't know the people in the videos, I just used them to show you good form)
Chair Dips:

Go for maximum reps but don't worry about how many you do off the bat, just focus on your form. Don't be fooled by the bands, they work great for your arms. Elbows in nice and slow because you are working out the arms in both directions. Hope that helps and good luck!0 -
You can't spot reduce fat unfortunately, to lose fat from your arms you need to lose fat from all over. No amount of tricep dips is going to melt away arm fat. If you do enough to build any muscle it's still going be hidden under fat sadly!0

Thanks for the info. I will work on these exercises especially the 100 push up challenge. My goal is to tone while I continue to lose weight.0

Stella is right, there is no such thing as spot reducing flab. You can exercise and tone or build muscle, but that does not mean that fat will disappear from where you exercise. One of natures jokes is fat will build where it is going to build and will leave where it is going to leave. For me? My water wings are the last to go and that is the body part I hate the most. So, I will live with it and accept me for who I am. Good luck and work hard.
