Why do my custom goals for calories and macros keep disappearing?

    Answer ✓
    There are many reasons this could be happening, but the most common reason is that you are adding exercise to your diary and receiving a calorie adjustment. When this happens, your goals (for the day) will be updated to reflect the additional calories (and therefore macros) that you've earned by exercising.
