Do you make recipes with medjool dates for sweetness? Have you ever considered using prunes instead?
I sometimes eat prunes for nutrients and just wondered about putting them in blender desserts. 2 birds.
What do you think?

I’ve baked with prunes quite a lot, and depending on the variety they can be a bit wet. So I suspect if you use them instead of dates, you might just need to adjust the dry ingredients a bit to keep the consistency.0
