Tomorrow is my fresh start!

Hi everyone!

I'm getting back on track with dieting and working out. I really want to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself. I'm 34F around 277lbs & 5'7". I'm looking to get down to around 135lbs.

My passions are crafts, video games, hiking, and (unfortunately) baking. I work as a professional baker at an upscale donut shop. I'm constantly testing recipes, toppings, fillings, it's a struggle! This plus working 7-9 hours straight with no breaks has been a challenge. Not to mention the free donuts :s

I would love to meet people on similar journeys so that we can cheer each other on and support each other! I look forward to meeting you all :)

    A good tip people benefit from is to log your meals for the whole day ahead of time.
    Stay true to the one-day plan.
    You'll need to figure a way to calculate your professional tasting/testing calories.
