Made up a new “Finisher”

I love working out and it has certainly helped my weight loss goals. After a workout I like to have a little “finisher”. This is what I made up yesterday:

10 slam balls with a 20lb ball

Five double step ups per leg holding 25
pound dumbbells

Ten Russian twists with a 10lb ball

Five burpees

Grabbed the 25 dumbbells again and did a farmer’s walk down the short track and back. (It’s about 50 feet.)

I did five rounds, and did matching farmer’s walks for each round, i.e. up and down the track twice for round two, three times for round three, etc. This was a solid little way to end a good workout.
