EDITING PROBLEM/GLITCH

To edit or delete "my food" entries it says to click on "FOOD" then click on "MY FOOD" and then choose a food item. So I do all that on my phone as well as on my laptop and it says there should be an edit and a delete button but there are no such buttons on my phone OR on my laptop. I need to edit some food item caloric values as I calculated them incorrectly but with no buttons to edit or delete, how on earth do you do it?
