    I'd love to help, but I'm sorry to say that I don't know how to answer a question that broad.

    The basic idea is to set up your profile in MFP's guided set-up, pick a moderate weight loss rate there, get a calorie goal, then start logging everything you eat in your food diary. Work on getting close to your calorie goal, though it doesn't need to be perfect instantly: Just keep chipping away until you get there.

    That's the start.
