Does anyone know if you can add your workouts to the My FitnessPal?
If the answer is you , could you please tell me how.
Thank you

You just need to link your "Apple Health" to MFP. Make sure your apple health has all categories turned on and permissions allowed for MFP.1

I do!
I also sometimes notice that MFP and my activity tracker are different.
Further, if I sync the Bluetooth on my NuStep to their app on my phone it double posts both here and in Apple Fitness.
So I have developed a habit of checking the active calories expended in each exercise session in Apple Fitness, then come back here to my diary and edit the calories to match that, and delete any double entries.
I’m considering not using the NuStep app anymore because it seems kind of pointless except for seeing a record of the specific targets I hit on that machine. If I was working closer with my physiotherapist on those goals it would probably be worth it.0
