I found this on the internet while searching for online yoga and exercise routines. I came across "SeedsLive.com" and found 23 exercises, each lasting 3 minutes. There's also a 3-minute timer for each exercise. I followed all 23 exercises because there's a free digital coach that guides you through each one, and I did all the exercises exactly as she did.
