I’m almost 60 and feeling a middle age slump. Not as much energy and weight gain. I joined My Fitness Pal because I want to feel good, have more energy and lose some weight in the process.
I struggle with making good food choices when I am traveling. Does anyone have any tips or advice for eating healthy while traveling?

I take cherry tomatoes and string cheese sticks with me on the plane so I’m not tempted to get unhealthy snacks. I also take a small “snack” ziplock bag with nuts so I don’t take to many lol2

Welcome!
If you need to visit a restaurant while travelling, ordering anything baked or grilled rather than fried saves tons of calories, as does asking for dips, sauces and the like on the side so you can dip rather than smothered.2
