Back again

This is my third time around trying to have a smaller me. Now that I’m in my 50’s, I know how important is for me to get healthy. For my mental health, I want to be okay when I look in the mirror. I’m looking to build a friendship base here so we can motivate each other. I’m a nighttime snacked so any help in that area would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Lisa! This is one of my many times back around as well! I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with night time snacks so long as you've made room for them in your day. I think popcorn, fruits, vegetables, or even a handful of Sunchips might be able to curve the craving without sending you spiraling the next day. Best of luck on your journey!

Hi! I just try to reach for a healthy snack. My husband and I usually eat a small bowl of cottage cheese with frozen blueberries, blackberries and sometimes fresh strawberries after our evening meal which helps with not craving a snack later. More protein and fiber during the day can help cut out those cravings. I'm a stress and boredom snacker! 😖
