Hormonal eating

I'm woman and when my hormones are at peakni was over snack and go over calories any tips on how to have better control or low cal snacks?

    This isn't exactly what you asked for, but I know that some women here find it helpful to eat at maintenance calories on those few difficult days in their cycle, rather than trying to white-knuckle it through. That will slow loss a little bit, but sometimes a slower loss rate that's more achievable actually gets us to goal weight in less calendar time than a routine that causes deprivation-triggered over-eating, breaks in the action or even giving up altogether because it's all just too hard.

    As long as your average daily calories over the month are less than your weight-maintenance calories, you'll still lose weight.

    Low cal snacks? Some common ones are pickles (not just cucumber pickles, really any veggies), air-popped popcorn, low fat cottage cheese or yogurt, hard boiled egg, jerky, raw veggies with a calorie-efficient dip (like salsa or lowfat yogurt mixed with seasonings, for example), cole slaw (vinegar-based dressing), cooked veggies, some fruits, hot tea (herb or other).
