Hi this is a new thing for me I have always been on slimming world.
I needed something different, as I haven't moved with my weight for a while .
I lost 9stone 9lb but put 4 back on and come to this app to loose it .
I managed to maintain this weight for many years but the menopause and life changes got in the way .
Tomorrow is my first week finished and everything written down .
I was set on 1,700 for the first month to see how I can tweak it lower if needed .

I would like to talk about weight injections and what you all think about them ?
And if anyone's on them what are you taking.
Hopefully chat to like minded people.
Open to chat about the pros and cons of this app aswell .
Iam enjoying it so far but don't want to get board of it .
