Random complete loss of appetite HELP!

It's recently, I've been disciplining myself to eat only what I need today. I do what most people do (look at thinspo) but lately (for about the past week) I've had a complete and utter loss of appetite and I'm not sure why. It's not like me at all, the furthest I've ever gone with not eating as much as I usually do is when I'm on here but that's because It gives me a good sense of what I'm actually eating and what I don't need to be. It's really worrying me. Like now I tried to eat a lovely homemade lasagne and couldn't even handle a mouthful before I felt sick to my stomach and finding myself heaving. So I managed to eat 4 cookies because I know they're high in calories bla bla bla anyway I don't think It's a stomach bug or anything along the lines of that because I have no other side affects what so ever. Has anyone gone through the same thing? Anyone know what it is and can help me out?

I did a few months ago. It lasted a few days. I just ate what I could, my appetite came back eventually (it was taking me an hour to eat a sandwich etc).0

Funny I've been feeling like that this week. Not sure if its stress at work or my new low carb approach - whatever, I seem to be cracking my sugar habit anyway!0

For me it tends to be hormonal or stress related. A lot of people eat more when they're under stress but I'm one that shuts down and feels ill even thinking about eating. Also as soon as my monthly is over (and sometimes during early PMS), my appetite drops to minimal levels for a few days and the thought of eating certain foods actually grosses me out. No idea why, that's just how it's always been.
Try to eat healthy if you can but if your calories need to come from cookies, so be it.0
