Hi I've been here before and I'm trying to get back on the wagon!! Stuck in a rut trying shakes and calorie counting. Hoping to finally reach my goal.

Ditch the “rut” mentality. If you tell yourself it’s going to be a rut, then a rut it’s going to be.
Can you try new foods? Different combos of old ones? Can you shake up a recipe to be lower cal?
Make it an exercise in creativity instead of suffering or forcing yourself through.
Remember, you’ve got to keep this up in maintenance, too. Do you really foresee yourself lagging through the rest of your life in a rut?
