That depends on current weight, height, goals, etc. But, just as with loss, slower is better. Binging on large amounts of high calorie food to put on weight fast is a really bad idea. Just eat a little bit more. How much more? More than you ate yesterday. See what your weight does over a couple weeks. Then adjust accordingly.2 -
