In December 2012 my husband and I agreed to change our lifestyles and adapt a new healthy diet and exercise routine. In April we kicked it into high gear and did a complete overhaul. He is basically at his goal in body fat % and has lost 50lbs. I have a long road ahead but have lost 65lbs. so far. I started at 282 lbs. and am now 217lbs. I was going through some old pictures and realized how far we've come in such a short amount of time. We feel amazing and so much closer after doing this journey together. He is my greatest motivator and encourages me everyday. We inspire each other with stepping up our workouts and spend more time together being active as a family with our 2 babies. Just wanted to share our story a little and show what we've accomplished over the last 9 months.
