Introducing myself

Hello! I am new to myfitnesspal. I hope to lose another 40lbs, putting me at about 160. I want to lose weight because I have started to get joint problems and sleeping issues that I never had before. Also my family has strong incidence of diabetes and I would like to avoid that so I can be around for my kids as long as possible. I am a few weeks in to my weight loss, and I have already lost about 10lbs but I got stuck there so now I need MFP to help! I need encouragement because I gave up for a few days and gained a few pounds back before I realized what I was doing did not help my health, interaction with others, or life longevity. So I joined MFP to get me back to my goals. Some of my struggles to stay on track also stem from the fact that we plan on having another baby, so for the longest time I didnt want to deal with weight loss because I thought I would just get bigger again anyways. I hope MFP can help me find others who have dealt with similar situations and hopefully we can all support eachother!
