Hi everyone
How are you doing with weight loss
I'm currently 90kg I want to get to 80kg
Any advice is welcome
I use treadmill 30 mins hilt
Kettleball exercises
And strength
Overall between 90 - 120 mins

    You don't mention how frequently per week you do this workout, but it looks like you have all your bases covered to improve fitness.

    Now, if you want advice on helping to lose weight, we also need information about your dietary habits: how many calories you normally eat to keep the same weight, what your target calories per day are, if you any dietary restrictions of foods to avoid or conditions like diabetes, if you are vegan, etc.
