Hello Fitness Family, names Joe
I once weighed over 330 lbs. When the pandemic started in March of 21 I took up Intermittent Fasting, cut out all fried and processed foods, breads, pastas, chips, sugary beverages, and ate only grilled chicken, turkey, fish, salads, drank lots of water, or black coffee, with lots of walking and in a year I dropped 170 lbs. I felt no pain, I went from 3X clothes to medium and some small. But family and friends said I looked to skinny and I should gain back a few lbs. What a mistake that was. I'm reaching out to you in hopes of some advice on how to regain that discipline so I can drop the added weight I put back on. Please somebody, anybody. I have taken on virtual challenges, and I have completed three and on my fourth challenge. But I am not losing any weight but not gaining either. May GOD continue to richly bless and protect all you.
