Hi guys my goal is to be 150lbs I am currently 195lbs. Iā€™m trying my best this go round to stay consistent & dedication! Itā€™s the discipline thatā€™s hard! When I say I can eat! I CAN EATTTTTTā€¼ļøšŸ˜© itā€™s bad but I have slowed down, now itā€™s just what to eatā€¦ Iā€™ll drink a protein shake in the morning 11am eat lunch at 3 protein, veg and basmati rice then dinner mostly protein and side veg at 6 then done eating for the day as I am doing intermittent fasting.
