Hi guys my goal is to be 150lbs I am currently 195lbs. Iām trying my best this go round to stay consistent & dedication! Itās the discipline thatās hard! When I say I can eat! I CAN EATTTTTTā¼ļøš© itās bad but I have slowed down, now itās just what to eatā¦ Iāll drink a protein shake in the morning 11am eat lunch at 3 protein, veg and basmati rice then dinner mostly protein and side veg at 6 then done eating for the day as I am doing intermittent fasting.
