Mainly losing weight in legs

Hey there! I have increased walking and also dieting through this app. It looks like I’m losing a lot of weight in my butt to calf. Any way to help lose mid section weight?

    Unfortunately, despite what grocery store checkout aisle magazines sometimes promise, you don’t really have any control over where your body chooses to use the fat stores from first.

    What you can do is exercises that will help you tone up your muscles in your midsection though.

    That’s not my area of expertise. I’m sure someone else will chime in about that.

    It will come off eventually. Where fat comes off first is totally determined by your genes, and there's nothing you can do. What you can potentially do is check your posture. If your lower spine is bend forward and your pelvis tilts to the back then your belly will appear more pronounced. There are exercises for fixing this though.
