I sprained my ankle just as soon as I started this journey.

I want to lose weight and I know it’s not gonna be very much now, because I sprained my ankle. What sucks is I was walking with my cane for a long time and got stronger so I thought. Then I decided I would just go ahead and try to walk without my cane, honestly, I wasn’t looking where I was going when I sprained my ankle going from a sidewalk crossing a driveway walking in the neighborhood. A woman’s car was partially blocking the driveway. I’m clumsy anyway and wasn’t paying attention when down I went. My whole ankle turned down to the ground on the outside. It hurts so bad. And I also am in a wedding at the end of June. I do not want to be using a cane in my beautiful dress that I’ll be wearing. And I don’t want to gain weight because I can’t walk like I had been doing. I was pretty good with my cane. It was dumb of me to just decide to go ahead and stop using it and walk. I was doing pretty good for a couple days walking without it. Lesson learned. I need to get a strong will to be more determined concerning better health. I will happily take suggestions if anybody can help me out. I definitely need encouragement.

Be meticulous with your food logging
Weigh everything you put in your mouth. In grams.
Start walking again as soon as you are able
