Adding up calories VERY wrong help please?

I recently started using MFP again. It is calculating my calories wildly incorrectly. At the start of the day is shows my calorie allotment as 1200 (which is magically lower than yesterday for some reason). I had coffee and milk for about 102 calories, and MFP says I have burned 563 calories. I have it set to add exercise calories back in. But instead it treats calories burned as calories eaten and MFP says I have 535 calories left for the day! It is doing the math 1200-102 -563= 535. It should be adding the exercise calories back in, so the math should be 1200-102+ 563=1661 calories remaining for the day. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    So it sounds like two things are happening;

    - For one, you have negative calorie adjustments on. This is not the same thing as turning calorie adjustments off- this would in fact deduct calories from your net calorie goal depending on how (in)active you are on a certain day. That sounds like what's happening here.
    - Two, either you don't have calorie adjustments turned off, or the feature is acting buggy and not respecting that selection.

    - In Android and iOS, visit the "Goals" Screen and tap "Exercise Calories"
    - On the Web, click "My Home" then "Goals" then click "Edit" in the "Fitness" area

    Then, turn exercise calories to "Off" if you want your nutritional goals to remain static when you add cardio exercise.
    Or leave, exercise calorie "on," but select "Custom percentage" and modify the ratio of carbs, protein and fat added back to your goals when you work out!
