Macros just reset

Today something really strange happened. I went to remove one item from my lunch (a banana, which is almost all carbs) and suddenly all of my macros - carbs, fat, and protein - were about off by 20 to 40. It seems my macros are suddenly all reset and no matter how many times I tweak my personal goals, it still show this new macro combination.
I tried logging out and in again, and I updated the app.
