Hello I am going to start tracking my macros . Does anyone have any luck? Any advice ? Also I want a support group for working out from home !

Hi, Tonja, welcome.
I've had some luck with macros, but it's best to decide what your goals are and which balance of macros best helps to get you there.
I tend toward low fat/ high protein/ medium carb because I want lean muscle and to best feed anaerobic exercise.
I don't workout from home much, rather go to the gym where I have variety and get myself out of the house, but I did it during Covid.0
