Hello There!

I’m new here. I’m 40 yrs old started my fitness journey about 3 months ago. I have a stressful job and we have a VERY blended family of 8 that has its adventures daily. Exercising helps to maintain my sanity. I’ve lost a total of 14 lbs. so far and I have 18 more to go to reach my personal goal (23 more for my trainers goal for me). I feel stronger and healthier and more sane lol. My trainer suggested MFP to help me dial in on my intake. I HATE cooking but do it bc food is fuel. I meal plan every week so I can adjust my time management. Anywho, just wanted to say hi and I hope I can learn how to utilize all the great features on this app.
