cannot find workouts on lap top

Hi everyone. I can access the actual fitness pal workouts on my cell phone but cannot find where I click on workouts on my laptop. Can someone help me to figure it out ? thank you From Annie

    That's because the "Workouts" (that formal menu option) are only available in the phone/tablet app.
